The villa boasts picturesque views of the bay in every room and from every angle. Here, you are immersed in beauty. It is less than 5 minutes to the Marigot marina, which is frequented by mega-yachts. There are numerous restaurants, shops and a hotel in the area. The property is also close to Marigot beach, one of the best swimming locations in St. Lucia. In fact, Villa Marigot has a bird’s eye view of the beach. 

The property has a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. This includes the main house (3 bedrooms), the pool house (1 bedroom), the guest cottage (1 bedroom) and the guest house (2 bedrooms). There is also a separate service building. This layout provides ample room for visiting family and friends. It also presents the opportunity to convert the villa into an income generating property as a luxury bed and breakfast. 

One of the key features of Villa Marigot is the meticulous landscaping. There is a terraced fruit garden, which has a lush lawn and mature fruit trees too numerous to mention. The fruit garden is behind a 10 ft waterfall, which is accessed via a grand staircase made from local stone. Inside and out, Villa Marigot is a fairytale made manifest. 

Main house 

Upper Level 

The house is designed to exemplify the profound beauty of the surroundings. A water feature provides a soothing ambiance as you enter the home. The entry is through an indoor/ outdoor lounge, with the pool as the centerpiece. This is a lush area, surrounded by tropical gardens with carefully selected plants. A fish pond and Japanese garden add to the oasis. 

The main interior living and dining space has an open floor plan with French doors that lead to a wrap-around balcony. The balcony is the pièce de résistance with aluminum railings and lustrous wooden floors that seem to disappear into the view of Marigot bay.

Overlooking the internal living area, there is a loft which serves as the second bedroom on this level. High ceilings with open rafters and chandeliers add grandeur to this space. 

The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with custom cabinetry. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower and tub. All bedrooms in this villa have air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and balcony access. 

This level also has a guest bathroom and small office.  

Pool House 

The pool house is adjacent to the swimming pool. This is a cozy getaway, which is surrounded by gardens and complete with a kitchenette and bathroom. 

Lower level

Downstairs the main house, there is a self-contained guest suite. Guests have the convenience of their own kitchen and living area that opens onto a private balcony with a fantastic view. 

This level also contains a large storage room and wine cellar. Here, there are additional fridges and a pantry with extra supplies. 

Guest House 

The large guest house has 2 bedrooms with spacious walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are on either side of the living space, which has accommodated about 50 people for a wedding. There is a balcony along the entire front of the house with an incredible view of Marigot Bay. 

Guest Cottage 

The self contained cottage is adjacent to the guest house. It has a single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and wrap around balcony with breathtaking views. 

Miscellaneous 

In addition, there is a service building with a 3 car garage, staff quarters, laundry room and generator room. 

There is also a parking lot with room for 4 cars.
