The property is in an upscale location in proximity to The Body Holiday and Cap Maison, 2 highly rated Caribbean resorts. It is 4 minutes’ walk to the beach "Anse Du Cap”  and 10 minutes to the "Smuggler's Cove" beach.

Guests at the villa may also book the facilities at the nearby resorts including the spas restaurants and gyms. It is also 2 minutes’ drive from the 18 hole golf and country club; 3 minutes to the Gros Islet street party; 5 minutes to the Pigeon Island national park and 10 minutes to the Rodney Bay village. 

Layout 

The ground floor consists of 5 bedrooms, a bar with a sitting area as well as a large sun deck. 

On the top floor there is a large dining room with seating for 22. In addition, there is a breakfast terrace, kitchen and buffet area. There are 2 bedrooms on either side of the dining area. 

In total, the house has 9 bedrooms, each with AC, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom. (There is a 10th room on the ground floor which is used as an office.) 7 of the rooms also enjoy balcony access. There are a total of 2 king size beds, 11 double beds, 1 pull-out couch and 2 portable cribs. The property can therefore accommodate up to 20 guests.
